The Facilities Department provides support to all school campuses as well as the district office. Their responsibilities span a wide array of crucial tasks.

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee the upkeep of buildings, grounds and utilities, ensuring everything from classrooms to playgrounds are safe and functional.
  • Safety and Security: Implement protocols and systems to safeguard students, staff and assets. Manage fire safety, emergency preparedness and surveillance.
  • Enviromental Comfort: Controlling heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to maintain optimal conditions conducive to learning.
  • Infrastructure Management: From plumbing to electrical systems, ensure reliable infrastructure to support daily operations without disruptions.
  • Capital Projects: Planning and executing renovations, expansions and new construction to accommodate evolving education needs.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Promoting Eco-Friendly practice such as energy conservation, waste management and green building designs.
  • Administrative Support: Collaborating with school administrators to budget resources effectively. Manage contracts and comply with regulatory requirements. 
  • Community Engagement: Facilitating communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns and promoting a positive image of the school's physical enviroment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Embracing innovation and best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and elevate the overall quality of Facilities management.
