Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures

🏷️ Important: Family Numbered Tags

• Each family receives two matching numbered tags:

  • Car Tag: Hang on your rearview mirror.  

  • Student Tag: Place inside or securely on the outside of your child’s backpack.  

• Safety Tip: Place car seats on the right-hand (building) side of the vehicle so staff can assist safely.  

☀️ Morning Drop-Off

• Time: Begins at 8:35 a.m. (Please do not arrive before this time).

• Location: Pull up to the front of the building near the flagpole.  

• Procedure: A staff member will assist your child. Parents must remain in their cars at all times.  

🔔 Afternoon Pick-Up

• Location: Enter the driveway and follow the loop to the designated pick-up zone.  

• Procedure:

  1. A staff member reads your car tag number and calls for your child via walkie-talkie from the supervised waiting area in the library.  

  2. Both tag numbers must match. (If they do not match, you will be directed to park, present ID in the main office, and sign your child out).  

  3. Staff will walk your child to your vehicle and assist them into the building side.  

  4. Parents should remain in their vehicles at all times.  

🚌 To help reduce traffic flow in the parking lot and neighborhood, families are encouraged to utilize bus transportation whenever possible!
