We strongly encourage your child be vaccinated for COVID-19, if deemed appropriate by you and your child’s doctor. Vaccination is the single most important defense against COVID-19 and increases the likelihood that your child will not be quarantined. The clinics are run on a first come, first served basis.
Announcement of Screen and Stay
Governor Lamont recently announced Screen and Stay, a protocol to provide temporary immediate relief for families impacted by quarantine. Branford Public Schools plans to operationalize Screen and Stay as early as the start of next week but no later than November 19th. This new protocol requires the parent/guardian to affirm they have read the Screen and Stay guidance document located here. Additional information about the protocol will be released Friday, November 12, 2021.
