This form should be used by parents or guardians to request any deviation from a student’s primary home address for transportation purposes. Examples include pick-up or drop-off at a daycare, a grandparent’s home, or in cases of shared custody or split households. Submitting this form ensures proper routing and coordination for your child’s transportation needs.
Alternate Transportation Request
- Permanent Address Change or Addition of Secondary Household:
For any permanent address change due to a move, or to add a secondary household address (such as in cases of shared custody), parents or guardian are required to email the BPS Registrar at Registrar@branfordschools.org. The request must include two supporting documents that verify the new address. This documentation is necessary to update residency records and ensure accurate transportation and school assignment information.
